- Freya is a genuine 5-blade premium razor with 6-setting vibration — real self-care she can use every day. The gift is well-made and useful.
- What does the packaging look like?
- The outer shipping box is plain and unmarked — no brand name, no description visible from the outside. Inside, the kit is presented beautifully. We can include a gift note (you write it) and gift wrap on request. What's inside is for her to discover.
- How does billing work — will it show up somewhere unexpected?
- The billing descriptor reads FREYA. [PENDING-NATE: confirm final descriptor before publish]. It does not describe the product. If you're ordering on a shared card, the charge shows as the brand name only.
- What's the return policy?
- 30 days, no questions asked. If it's not right for her, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Email hello@hifreya.com. Blade refills that have been opened are not returnable, but the handle is.
- How far in advance should I order?
- Standard US shipping is 3–5 business days. For dates that matter — anniversaries, Valentine's Day — order at least a week ahead. Gift wrap is added at checkout and ships with the kit.
